      3 lb Venison; in 3" strips
      2 ts Salt
      5 tb Sugar
    1/8 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts 5 spice powder
      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb Red wine
      1 ts Msg (I wouldn't use this)
 
  Combine all ingredients, except venison. Marinate
  24 hours. Bake at 350°. about 15 minutes, or until
  browned, turning once.
